We usually process orders within 24 hours of the order being placed so you'll have a full day to let us know. In the event your order has shipped out and you need to change the address, we can get try getting in touch with our partnered carriers to see what we can do. Sometimes they allow us to change the address of an item once it has been shipped as long as it is not too far from the original destination. 

6.HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE & HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Shipping is rather quick. We are located in the USA and ship products out from the USA as well.  Products are shipped out within 24 hours of the order being placed. For most orders we use USPS priority mail so your packages usually come within 2-4 business days. Sometimes your package may take a little longer to arrive due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control such as bad weather, holidays, seasonal congestion, etc.
